Jason Lombardi, Assistant Vice President of Accounting, manages all reporting and investor relations functions for the company's two discretionary investment funds, Hutensky Capital Partners II, LP and HRI Fund LLC. He also supervises the Hutensky Group's property accounting area for the retail portfolio including the budgeting process. Prior to joining the Hutensky Group, Jason was a manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he worked with numerous real estate clients. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of the University of Connecticut with Bachelors of Science and Masters of Science degrees in Accounting.
